Parking or Driving on the Grass, No More
Hello All,
The days are starting to get longer, and we’ve had some great weather recently. We hope to see you at the field soon getting those fingers and thumbs working again.

The Marymoor R/C club will be having a Swap Meet and Fun Fly on Saturday March 16th. The swap meet is open to the general public from 8am - Noon and all are welcome to bring airplanes/helis and R/C related items to sell. Swap meet will be located in the grassy area between the parking lot and the flying field. The field will be open to anyone for flying with a current AMA membership. Lets hope for great weather!
We have an exciting club meeting coming up this month! Chris H. and Guillaume S. will be doing a presentation on Soldering. No matter what type of aircraft you fly, at some point you will find the need to solder a battery connector or two.
In this presentation, Guillaume and Chris will be going over soldering equipment recommendations and tools to make the job easier. There will also be a live demonstration on soldering techniques. This will be one meeting you won't want to miss!
Starting Monday, the King County electrical crew will be digging a trench from the large electrical box at the west end of our current charging tent to the southwest corner of the future storage building and north end of the new charging shelter. They will lay in conduit, and then fill it in by Wednesday.
We broke ground on our construction project this morning.
