We Are AMA Club of the Month!

It finally happened!  The AMA has posted us as "Club of the Month".  You'll find their article in the scrolling header on the AMA website, or click here.  If you look closely in the photo in the upper right, you can see BK2 and you might be able to recognize one or two others.

They'll mention it in this Friday's AMA Air Podcast at 11:00 AM PST (probably today, by the time you read this) and it will come out in the weekly AMA News email soon.

Club Meeting and Cub and Cousins Fun Fly

Spring is here!!

Coming up on April 17th, the Club meeting will be another Repair Clinic! Get your airplanes ready for the summer flying season by making any repairs to your airframes. We will have rolls of covering, irons, heat guns and a glue station along with various tools.

Get ready for the Cub and Cousins Fun Fly on April 20th from 9am to 2pm. Bring your Cub, Timber or other high wing airplane for a fun day of flying. Challenge your skills by flying through the Ring of Death!

See you all there.

March Club Meeting

Corey Kelmel will be doing a presentation on his giant scale Taylor Craft build. If you haven't seen Corey's other projects like his RV-8, you're in for a real treat. Corey has won our scale contest several times and will be discussing what it is like to scratch build a larger scale aircraft.
